I made a purchase but the package took a long time to arrive and I reported it as not having arrived. When the package arrived, since it wasn't trackable, I told the seller that the package had arrived but not to ebay. Now I find myself in the situation where the package has arrived but I was given a refund request and I asked the seller and ebay how I can pay for it but both told me to ask the other
How can I solve this? I would like to be contacted by ebay but they won't let me or maybe I'm the one who doesn't know how to do it.

Mentore6 months agoWhen you received the product, you should have immediately closed the refund procedure.
If you are an honest person, ask the seller for their PayPal account details and pay for the item again.
