Refund for returned item
I returned an item that was not in line with what I bought, but the seller, after about ten days, still hasn’t refunded what I paid. Also, I can’t contact eBay by phone because they can’t call me on the phone. In the system there’s no longer any way to start a conversation with messaging, so......

Mentore3 years agoSo... if you haven't opened the correct procedure on eBay... eBay can't help you even if you call them.
The procedure was this:
Return an item for a refund | eBay
