Good morning.I would like to know whether and how to refund a Canadian buyer with shipping to the United Kingdom who purchased from me during the month of February and about ten days ago the package was returned to the sender.I vaguely read on the package that the reason for non-collection was due to failure to pay the additional customs charges (but that was not done).I cannot find within the original listing the partial refund method (only for the item).Kind regards from Gian Luca.
