After purchasing a product, the seller stopped communicating with me, and after 4 days without sending the package I asked for a refund even though it had not been shipped; what are the technical processing times for accepting my request?

OP3 years agoCould I cancel the return and then go through the item not received process without actually asking eBay, I imagine that would be fine too

Mentore3 years agoGo through eBay customer service, as suggested by Sika.
You risk that, once a dispute is closed, they won’t let you open any more.
