Good evening, I ordered 1 pair of scooter tires, but I received tires different from what I ordered. The seller admits the mistake. I wanted to ask you because I can't find information regarding the refund. My question is, does the seller also have to refund the shipping cost I paid? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoFor returns and refunds, you need to use this procedure. They will refund you everything you spent.

The return shipping costs are also the seller's responsibility. If they refuse, ask eBay to step in.
