Mentore2 years agoIf you haven’t received an email from eBay that the refund was completed, you’ve been waiting in vain.
Contact the seller and verify the cancellation was done correctly.
If this hasn’t happened, you need to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed and open a report:

Mentore2 years agoDid you receive the email from eBay confirming the refund?
From the date of the email, the refund starts within two business days and follows the same route as the payment (in reverse).
So any delays depend only on the contractual conditions you have with your credit card or your checking account. Some cards transfer the money in a few hours and others take up to 15 days.
