By mistake today I purchased a product, I immediately sent the seller a cancellation request that was ignored for several hours; when the seller contacted me to ask why I was cancelling, I received the shipping notification for the product and the seller told me that to get the refund I have to contact ebay. I urgently ask you for assistance. Thank you.

Mentore1 year agoThe seller has no obligation to cancel your order.
If they don’t ship it, you can ask ebay for help.
If you receive the item, you can return it at your own expense only if the seller accepts returns.
Since it was your mistake, it’s right to take responsibility and not shift it onto the seller.
