Hello , I need to refund a customer for an incorrect purchase , the customer paid 170 euros including shipping costs . ebay withheld the fees and the 10 euros for the supposed shipping but I didn’t ship the item because there’s a description error . how do I refund the customer the full amount if currently it shows that there are 159 euros in my account instead of 170?

Mentore1 year agoIf you refund promptly and quickly, ebay might then credit back most of the fees to you.

For the refund, you can enter a credit card.

If you delay the refund, ebay will refund the buyer in full and then recover the amount from you. In the event of a chargeback, it will withhold the fees.
