Did you receive the eBay message confirming the refund?
The refund always follows the same route as the payment, in reverse. If you received the message, from that moment the refund starts within two business days. Any further delays depend only on your credit card and/or your checking account.

Mentore3 years agoIf you haven't opened a proper refund procedure on eBay, you could end up waiting for months...
If you therefore haven't received refund confirmation from eBay, it simply means it hasn't been issued.
