Refund
Good morning, I would like to refund one of my customers because I can't send the product to the customer, my eBay account has 28.15 and to send the refund it tells me I can't because eBay has blocked that money that I need to give back to the customer, how can I do it

as a new seller, your funds are held for at least 15 days.
You need to enter an alternative payment method... a credit card, to be clear... so that eBay can withdraw the money until your funds are released and paid out...

Basically, you have to cover the refund out of your own pocket.
