Hi, I sold a used jacket but in excellent condition. Obviously there are small signs of wear that the buyer says he wasn’t expecting even though everything was photographed. I don’t accept refunds and that was specified, but he wants one anyway. Am I obliged to do it? Thanks

You can refuse the return only for buyer’s remorse.

If he asks for a return for an item not as described and you still disagree, ebay will make the decision. Almost always they side with the buyer.

You have two options:

The first is to try to object by contacting ebay, within the three days you have available, to try to explain your point of view. Keep in mind, though, that if ebay rules against you, ebay refunds the buyer directly without bothering to have the item sent back, and then recoups it from you (you lose both the money and the item).
The second is to minimize the damage by offering a partial refund or accepting the return (refund when the item gets back to you).
