Refund
I bought a pair of glasses from England; neither on the eBay site nor in the listing posted by the seller is it written that the item may be subject to customs charges. I paid 50 euros, is it possible to get a refund

Maybe it's better if you stop buying online and go to the shop down the street.
The last one is a disgrace for you, since you posted it, and it only shows your deep ignorance on the subject.

Mentore3 years agoBrexit happened on January 31, 2020, now the United Kingdom is outside the EU.
There is no more free movement of people (you need a passport) or goods (VAT and duties are paid).

Mentore3 years agoYou won't find it written because you're supposed to know that yourself (the seller can't predict where they'll sell the item!)... you can't ask anyone for a refund.
