Good morning, thank you in advance for any replies.
I am waiting for a refund from ebay, but in the message stating this, it mentions the credit card
used to make the purchase, but in the meantime it has been blocked due to cloning. Would it be possible to receive a refund directly to an IBAN or to another card?
If so, who can I contact and how?

Mentore3 years agoIt can’t be done.
The refund always follows the same path as the payment, in reverse. So it will go back to the card from which the payment was made.
Contact whoever blocked the card and ask them how to transfer the money.
