Refund
Hi, I need to issue a refund to a buyer, but do I have to pay the refund out of my own pocket? Or do they take it from the money I have in my eBay account, since I'm a seller?
Because the money I have in my eBay account is what the buyer paid me; it was on hold until March 12

Mentore3 years agoIf you have your funds blocked, obviously you should refund it out of your own pocket...
A piece of advice: switch to a professional account and add your VAT number... with a private account, you "look" like an unauthorized seller...
