If you say the buyer returned the item to you, you should also have tracking... but if eBay has already ruled in the buyer's favor, the return should have been at your expense...
Please, if you want to continue the conversation, have the courtesy to reply in a moderate tone; we are not paid to answer you and we do it voluntarily...
