Refund
Hello, I bought an item, in the description it said that it was new and in perfect condition. I risked the refund and they don’t want to give it to me because they say it was me. I paid them with clean money and he or she doesn’t want to give me back my money. How can I get my money back? Obviously I’ll send the item back to them

Since you’re a foreigner and still have language issues, get help from someone who knows Italian well.
