Good morning
what should I do if I refused to accept a package that was returned to the sender but they say they still haven’t received it.? In the GLS tracking code it shows as delivered on 01/04 and today is the 12th….no package and no refund

if you have voluntarily refused a package, you are not entitled to a refund:
