Dear eBay Support,
I am writing to request a refund for my buyer, using the funds currently available in my eBay account. Unfortunately, I had a problem when trying to add a payment method to my account, which prevented the money from being transferred correctly.
At the moment, the amount the buyer paid for the item is still pending and has not yet been credited to my account. Therefore, I kindly ask that the refund be issued directly from my eBay balance to resolve this situation.
Thank you for the attention you will give to my request and for your help in resolving this issue.

Mentore3 years agoIt’s not possible, you have to issue the refund yourself first, then the suspended funds will be credited to you.
