Hello, I’m contacting you about my refund that hasn’t arrived, I’ve been waiting for the money for almost 1 month.
I contacted you by phone and you didn’t give me the money, you leave me no other choice, I’ll contact a lawyer about this, if I don’t see the refund within 1 day

if you haven't opened the proper procedures and haven't received confirmation that the refund has been issued... that refund will never arrive.
Calling by phone is not the right way to request a refund... without specifying the reason, try reading here:
