Mentore2 years agoYou have to ask whoever manages your cards.
The refund always follows the same path as the payment, in reverse. So it always goes back to the original card.

OP2 years agoUnfortunately, they need a code that only eBay can give you, otherwise they can't do anything, too bad that eBay doesn't respond either by email or via WhatsApp… terrible … we definitely won't buy anything anymore!

Anyway, I didn’t know that eBay had a WhatsApp number...

Mentore2 years agoIt’s not entirely true what they told you; they can easily transfer the money even without the transaction reference code. Was it a Poste card?
