Hello, I bought a game a few days ago that’s not out yet but has already been paid for, and if I try to send a message to the seller they no longer reply—in fact it says session expired. How do I get a refund??

you cannot cancel the order.
You can ask the seller for a formal cancellation, but it may be refused.
If you do not get any response, you must wait until the estimated delivery date has passed to open a report:
