I was supposed to receive a refund on July 2. eBay said if it doesn't arrive by that date, they would step in.... On the 2nd nothing arrived. The criminal seller never got in touch and eBay isn't saying anything, and of course the money is ours....but I went to the postal police; if I don't get reimbursed, they'll have to deal with the Italian postal police now enough, too many scammers and eBay covers for them because sellers bring money into eBay's house even if they scam and they do it, they sell stuff as new instead of saying refurbished, criminals

First of all, there is no exact date when you’ll receive the refund... if eBay has sent you the issue email, it can take up to 30 days.

So, before “yelling” scam, ask yourself how you requested the refund, whether you received a confirmation email, and whether you then followed eBay’s procedures carefully.

Buyers are always protected, but you have to take action... money doesn’t fall from the sky...

but what are you making up.....it’s not the first day I’ve come across these types....never more than 3 days waiting for a refund and now it’s a period when they have the bad habit of not paying ..there’s a lack of seriousness but enough now...these types shouldn’t be there and who protects them....ebay......
