I don't understand, I'm being sent a product different from the one I ordered (the one in the photo isn't the one ordered)... and I end up paying for shipping... I mean, you make the mistake and I take the hit.... does that seem normal to you?

If the seller makes a mistake, it’s up to them to arrange the pickup at their own expense... if you did it, then you made a mistake.
