But is it possible that I have to wait so long for a refund??
And I’ve been waiting since September 30, I call eBay and they tell me to wait 15 more days and call back so they can send me a code by e-mail, did that and it never arrived, so?? What else do I have to do??

Have you received the notification that a refund has been issued?
