Refund
I placed an order through ebay, but since the item I received doesn't fit because of the size, I tried to contact the product owner and he replied that if I wanted to exchange the item it wasn't possible because he doesn't have other sizes...and for the refund he said to contact you...
What should I do

Mentore2 years agoIf the seller doesn’t have the replacement item, you can withdraw from the purchase by returning the item at your own expense... of course, if the seller accepts returns... otherwise you have to keep it.
Remember, if it is possible to return it and if you bought it from a seller outside the EU, any customs duties paid will under no circumstances be refunded.
