Refund
Hello, maybe someone can help me, I placed an order here on eBay, paid through PayPal, the next day the seller contacts me saying that he no longer has the item and that he would therefore refund me, I say ok fine, shortly after he contacts me again saying that he can't refund me, he doesn't know how to do it, because the money is blocked, frozen by eBay, at this point I contact eBay with the callback and the operator, who was also very kind, tells me that if the seller calls them he will be followed step by step by an operator who will help him with the correct procedure, so I write to the seller again and explain what the eBay operator told me, he contacts me again saying that he can't do it and that the funds are frozen. How should I handle this? Has this already happened to anyone?

let's say the seller is inexperienced.
If they can't reimburse you, at the end of the estimated delivery date, you will open a report:
