Refund
Good morning,
I returned an item paid for via PayPal, the seller confirmed that he received it correctly on January 15, but I still haven't received the refund.
I contacted the seller and he told me that to get the refund directly from him quickly I would have to close the return, otherwise even he can't do anything.
Can you give me any information about this? Can you confirm what the seller is saying?

Mentore2 years agoAbsolutely do not close any return!
The seller themselves could close it by issuing the refund.
So if you have correctly entered the tracking in the procedure and everything shows as delivered, ask eBay to intervene:
