Refund
Hello, a buyer asked me to cancel the order that has already been paid for, but the sale of the item was sponsored by eBay and it took the sponsorship fee… by refunding the customer, the platform is asking me to add the remaining money out of my own pocket that they lost with the product sponsorship!? How can I resolve this since it was canceled?

Mentore4 months agoFor every refund, you always have to pay the any fees upfront... then they will be reimbursed to you.
