Good evening, I needed an answer....I bought an item....it was refunded to me... it says between 3/5 days...I had the money back ....10 days have passed....but no money.... has anyone had this problem?....or is it normal!

if you received an email from eBay confirming that the refund has been issued, the timing can take up to 30 days... it depends on the payment method you used.
