Refund
Hello, a refund has been issued by the seller for an order that was placed by mistake twice. It says it would arrive between the third and fifth business day, but today is the fifth day and the refund still hasn’t arrived. In the help section there isn’t an option for this situation. How can I find out how and whom to contact?

Mentore2 years agoIf you received the confirmation email from eBay, the refund was issued within the next 2 business days.
The refund follows the same path as the payment, in reverse, so you should contact whoever needs to receive it and have it transferred to your account (PayPal, credit card, bank).
