Refund
Good morning, I bought a graphics card but it doesn't work, I reported the issue and asked for a refund. After accepting the partial refund, the seller told me, to save on shipping, to throw away the card, and up to this point everything is fine, but the refund still hasn't arrived and 6 days have passed. What should I do?

Did you use the ebay procedure?
Did you receive the ebay email confirming that the refund was issued?
