Mentore1 year agoIf you received the notification, the refund will arrive on the same card or the same account from which the payment was made.
The waiting time will depend on your bank or your credit card provider.

I haven’t received any refund, PayPal sent me an email that I don’t understand at all, the bank
says that opening certain things is always a risk, I’m sending you a copy of the email.

PayPal tells me:
From your account, it shows that the 23 euro transaction is an authorization and not a refund to your credit card. An authorization is a temporary hold on the money and not a charge.
Contact the credit card issuer and release authorization 243728, since PayPal
is not able to carry out this operation.

Mentore1 year agoIf on your card you see two transactions while on PayPal there’s only one, the second is just a pre-authorization and within a few days it will be reversed. It’s not a PayPal problem, but an issue with your card.
So within a few days there will be only one payment.
