Refund

I have a problem, I posted an item on eBay that someone bought from me, and after a couple of days I got an email saying it had already been paid for
In the meantime I had already sold it in person, forgetting to remove the listing
I got an email saying that the package had not been shipped and that the buyer was requesting a refund, I canceled the sale and eBay wrote to me saying that the refund would arrive and that everything was OK
after a while I get an email saying that I have to give this person a refund or eBay will take action
but I never received that money
what should I do ?

Mentore1 year agoYou’re a new seller, so your funds are on hold.
You need to refund the buyer first and then (in about 15 days) eBay will credit back the payment to you and maybe the fees too (depending on whether a dispute was opened or not).
