Good evening, my order was cancelled because I had entered the wrong address, but then I bought it again on February 14; more than 5 days have passed but still no refund.

Mentore1 year agoIf you have received the refund confirmation email from ebay, the refund itself was issued within two working days after the date of the email.
The refund follows the same route as the payment, in reverse. So all the times after those two days depend on the contractual conditions of the accounts and cards of the person receiving the refund.
Five days is the average, but it ranges from 9 a.m. on the third day for premium accounts up to 20-30 days if the refund has to go from PayPal to a prepaid card and from there to a standard account.
