Refund
It's the first time I've bought on Ebay and I have to say I'm running into a lot of problems. I made 3 purchases that I returned without even opening them and sent them back requesting a refund. They received the goods but I am not receiving the refund. The seller says that it has to be Ebay that handles the refund. Does anyone know how to contact Ebay?
