Unfortunately, a game I bought at the end of January never arrived, I had good communication with the seller, but despite the explanations the game still isn’t here.. I asked eBay to step in and they closed the case. But what does that mean? That the seller has to refund me? What if they don’t?! I thought eBay would step in to make sure the refund was handled, instead they just closed the case…

Mentore1 year agoEbay can only help you within 30 days from the presumed delivery date.
If you wanted their help, you should have acted sooner... much sooner...

OP1 year agoI did it, but ebay did nothing and then after 30 days they closed the case
