Refund
Good morning. I would like to know how long I will have to wait to receive a refund for an incorrect purchase, already declared "started" and "completed" by e-bay on the 8th of this month. In fact, I read that the refund has been processed, but nothing still appears in my account. We are already at April 22 and this is worrying me. It's a fairly significant amount.

Mentore1 year agoIf you received eBay's confirmation email on the 8th, the refund was issued by the 10th us.
Since the refund always follows the same route as the payment, in reverse, check the possible steps on PayPal, card account, etc., and see where it’s stuck.
For more info, you can have eBay customer service contact you and give you the ARN code (or TRN) so your bank can track the transaction.

OP1 year agoGood morning. Thanks Mario, everything is clear now. I found the amount among my card/credit expenses. It’s the first time this has happened to me and now I know what to do. Thanks again and best wishes.
