Refund
Hello, we have refunded the amount for order 09-12845-49303; the customer's name is Giuseppe Reina, but the customer reported that the card he used to pay for the order no longer exists, but the money was refunded there; our question is, can we block the refund?

you can't block or reroute a refund.
If the buyer's card no longer exists, that's their problem; they'll need to contact their card issuer to ask how to get the money back.
So you've done your part and don't need to worry.
