Good morning everyone, I sold an item on pre-order, I had already entered the shipping tracking because the item showed as out for delivery and already ready to be shipped. But a big problem occurred, namely the courier stole the package and the product never reached me. I explained everything to the buyer and they requested a return request, obviously the item was never shipped. If I offer the full refund, will only the net balance be taken from me, or more, because the gross amount that shows up for me is different from the cancellation. THANK YOU

Mentore4 months agoYou’ll have to refund everything the buyer paid, so including shipping and fees, which means you’ll have to front them out of your own pocket.
Then, eventually, eBay will reimburse you for them.
Kind regards.
