A customer opens a dispute for ITEM NOT RECEIVED.eBay tells me to pay within 3 business days.I refund the customer.After 7 days the goods arrive to the customer because there were huge postal delays.I wrote to the customer, who doesn't reply to emails.What happens? Does eBay step in? PS this is not something that actually happened. It's just a hypothetical scenario
