Good morning everyone,I have a huge problem with eBay, which has become unreachable.Automatic refunds have been activated for me.A customer used one, and now I've lost money and the item.I started calling eBay, and after being bounced around everywhere, they told me that I activated it myself.I asked, without getting a response, to be sent the date, time, and the PC IP from which it was activated. No response.The last phone call I managed to make was on June 26, and the operator guided me through disabling automatic refunds, telling me he would open a ticket. To this day, no response.Yesterday I found out that I can no longer ask to be called back.I have already made a callback request through the useless chat, and nothing.I find this behavior extremely unfair.Has this happened only to me?
