I was on vacation in Italy and we bought a cell phone for my daughter on the site ebay.it. The seller wrote to us that the phone had signs of wear and we exchanged it for another one and he issued the refund. But so far I haven't received anything on the credit card we used to buy it. What can be done? To contact ebay, it only lets us enter an Italian phone number and ours is Brazilian. The seller told us that with him there is nothing more to do. How can this be resolved? Can I call ebay in Brazil?
