refund that I have not received on my credit card
Good morning,
I have not yet received the refund on my credit card. Can you please check?
If the refund has not yet been issued, I will give you the new credit card number, since the one I used to make the payment has been canceled. Thanks for a reply

Mentore1 year agoThe refund follows the same path as the payment, in reverse. So you can only get it on the card from which the payment was made.
You’ll need to contact the card issuer to transfer the money from the old card to the new one.
