Refund with blocked funds
Good evening please help me I’m going crazy .
a girl made a purchase from me, after a while she tells me she’s not sure and wants a refund. the problem is I’ve never seen her money because they’re held in escrow (incidentally they’ll be released in May). What should I do? I don’t want to lose 190€ from my personal account .

Mentore3 years agoUnfortunately, that's the reality... you have to front them out of your own pocket; those are the rules you accepted when you put the item up for sale... which nobody reads, and then they complain...
In fact, I'd say that as a private seller you shouldn't be able to sell what you're selling... the obvious questions would be, what would they be?
