Refund from "Ebay International Shipping" is lower than what I paid!!

Hi everyone, a few days ago I bought an item from an American, and as always for the past few years the shipping is done via "Ebay International Shipping".

There was a problem with the post office and the package got sent back to him, oh well.

He started the refund through eBay but I received less than what I paid!! How is that possible???

I paid about 160 euros between the item, shipping, and fees... and I only got 125 back... where the heck did the rest go? In the rules it says you get a FULL refund.. can you help me? thanks

The refund of what was paid to the seller was full. Almost certainly the shipping cost is missing. If you check your payment method, there should have been two separate transactions.

Try contacting eBay customer service and see whether there will be a second refund or whether you’ll need to dispute it through your payment method (a PayPal dispute or a credit card chargeback).
