Refund for an item that never arrived and wasn't even shipped
I bought an item and it was never shipped, let alone delivered. I tried to get a refund but the seller isn’t responding. All this happened 4 days ago, what can I do?

Mentore3 years agoYou can't "issue a refund"... at most, the seller can do it!
