Refund for an item I can no longer sell
Good morning, a buyer purchased one of my items, I can no longer sell it and I never entered a payment method, the buyer has already purchased this item, I have already canceled the order, how do I make the refund go through to him even though I never received the payment since I never entered a card as the seller? Thanks

the buyer does not have the option to cancel the order, you have to do it.
If you then cancel the order correctly and have updated your account with a valid IBAN, the refund is automatic; otherwise, if your account is not in order, you need to add a card to refund your customer.
