Refund after acceptance of the return
I requested a return for a pair of shoes; they arrived in a different model and were clearly counterfeit, not the one I wanted, in a box labeled with the requested model.
The seller always replies with prewritten messages apologizing for the problem and offering a discount on a future purchase.
After I asked eBay to intervene, the return of the shoes to the seller was approved, but I never received any instructions about shipping and the refund.
How long do I have to wait for an actual refund from eBay, and what should I do with the unwanted shoes? Will I have to send them back to the seller anyway or to eBay?

Mentore3 years agoSe il venditore non risponde, devi chiedere ad ebay di intervenire entro 21 giorni dalla tua richiesta.
