Refund and shipping costs
Hello,
a question: I bought a shirt as 'new' and in the return conditions it says that the return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
The shirt in question is damaged, so in this case, besides wasting time, do I also have to pay the shipping costs?

if the item does not match the description, the return costs are the seller's responsibility:
Return an item for a refund | eBay
The wording about shipping costs being borne by the buyer applies only in the case of a change of mind or a purchase made by mistake.
