eBay refund
Good evening, I placed an order on December 5th, but the seller appears to have shipped it on December 15th. How can I get a refund from eBay? Also, if I go to the item, it says listing removed for improper behavior. Thanks

Mentore1 year agoYou can request a refund through eBay only if the delivery terms have expired ...... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-oggetto-che-non-arrivato?id=4042&st=7&po=1&uci=0&puc=DEFAULT_BUY.BUYER&ri=0
Anyway, from the opening of your request, the seller will still have 3 working days to say that the item has been delivered and avoid refunding you.

OP1 year agoThanks, but if it tells me that I’m covered by the ebay warranty, does nothing change?

Mentore1 year agoThe eBay guarantee assures you that you will receive the item and that it matches what is described in the listing.
If the item arrives (even if it's within the 3 days at your disposal), what guarantee would you want?

OP1 year agoSince I marked that the item hadn't arrived, anyway after 3 days it still hadn't arrived. If I bought it on the 5th and it told me first delivery on the 10th then the 14th, honestly that meant the item was needed for those dates. We're talking about an item for which, from purchase to shipment itself, 10 days passed.. and upon arrival yesterday, December 18, 13 days have passed and it still hasn't arrived.. I think I won't buy on eBay anymore if the guarantee doesn't also cover the stated shipping times. I understand 2 or 3 days of delay but not all this time. Thanks anyway for your replies

Mentore1 year agoMaybe you didn't understand the type of guarantee that eBay offers...
It doesn't guarantee that you will receive the item on the dates indicated by the seller, but it does guarantee that you will be able to receive it within 30 days from the last delivery date indicated by the seller.
So open a report from the link Mario already gave you, and if the seller does nothing, on the fourth day ask eBay for help.
Forget about everything else, that's how eBay works.
Best regards.

OP1 year agoThanks, I had never bought items of a certain amount on eBay, only a few euros' worth.. honestly I had to buy the item on Amazon because I needed it for a gift and with the dates provided by the seller I had a lot of leeway. I didn't know it worked like that and the negative eBay experience was enough for me to understand how it works.thanks again
